SHIPPING POLICY
After your order has been confirmed you will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched. This will also have included in it a tracking number for your order. If your order does not arrive, contact NZ post/couriers quoting the tracking number contained in your dispatch notification. If an order is not received because Daisy’s Delights incorrectly addressed the order, then Daisy’s Delights shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Daisy’s Delights will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting the delivery address will be done by the Customer. Furthermore, Daisy’s Delights is not responsible for any items that go missing after they have been delivered to the nominated address.
New Zealand: Estimated arrival is 1-3 working days after dispatch (+ extra day for rural postcodes). While these are the standard arrival times for our courier, transit times are out of our control once your order leaves our site. Please wait 5 working days after dispatch to contact us about a missing order.
Orders will be dispatched no later than one working day after payment has been received. We cannot accept responsibility for items incorrectly addressed, as further explained in our terms and conditions.
Delivery is by courier, and a tracking number will be included in your “dispatched” email. All parcels are sent out with “no signature” required. make sure the courier can leave your parcel in a safe please as we can’t take responsibility for parcels that have been delivered and gone missing.
